Kentville Farmers’ Market
|Kentville, Nova Scotia||Other Markets
The Kentville Farmers’ Market takes place from May to December in the historic town of Kentville in the heart of Kings County. The market runs rain or shine on Wednesdays from 10am – 2pm. We are the largest mid-week outdoor market in the Annapolis Valley, with 25-35 vendors offering a wide variety of local-only products.
At our market you’ll find fresh, local produce, artisan bakeries, delicious and ethic prepared foods to eat on-site or to take home, specialty crafts, NS wine, meats and eggs, flowers and plants, live music, children’s activities, and much much more!
2011 marks the 5th anniversary of the Kentville Farmers’ Market, and our projects include Apple Blossom Opening Day (May 25), Garden Day, vendor profiles, recipe give-aways, cooking demonstrations, a children’s art tent, community memberships, an annual fundraising dinner, and a messy, hilarious pie-eating contest!
