Rain or shine, farmers and artisans gather in side the Market Hall and under the canopy in downtown Truro. Over 40 vendors sell a wide range of products: organic and low-spray vegetables, berries, cheese, honey, sausages, eggs, meat, bedding plants, herbs, flowers, trees, preserves, baked goods, breads, pottery, woolen and sewn handcrafts, jewellery, dog treats, organic milk and fair trade coffee, samosas, cupcakes, artisan breads and handmade soaps. There’s always live music and a kids corner with fun and educational activities.

    • Hi Dennis, so glad you got in touch. The Truro Farmers’ Market has a terrific music scene. The Market Manager, Jamie, organizes musicians for each market day. Contacting Jamie directly would be the next step. Find her contact information on our website by going to the page “Find A Market” and scrolling down to click on the Truro Farmers’ Market icon near the bottom of the page. Best of luck, Keltie

    • Hi Elaine, each market sets its table fees so the best way to get to an up to date answer is to contact the market that interests you (check their website as it may be listed there). Best of luck, Keltie
