Halifax Brewery Farmers’ Market
The Halifax Brewery Farmers’ Market is located in downtown Halifax in a historic 200-year-old, granite & ironstone heritage building. Farmers’ market operations began on this site in 1983 and a determined group of vendors formed their cooperative in 2010. Their mandate is to support and promote small-scale, local food producers and artisans, and to be a positive force in the growth and sustainability of the local economy.
