Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market

Founded in 1750, the Halifax Seaport Farmers’ Market is the oldest continuously operating farmers’ market in North America! Over the years the market has been held in many locations around Halifax, and is going through another change this spring. The market will be operating out of Pavilion 22 in the historic Halifax Seaport District. In the summer, they will shift to a beautiful open-air market. They will continue to operate as a weekend farmers’ market, much like it has for most of its 270-year history.
