Portapique Market

Portapique Market began in June 2022 with the support of many local community members. Our goal is to provide access to local food in a space that was otherwise considered a food desert. It also is gathering space for community on the grounds of the former Portapique Hall while it is being rebuilt as part of the Portapique – Community Build Up + Project. We operate a weekly outdoor market hosting a variety of producers and artisans. We have a playground, children’s toys and craft area and host many community events throughout the year.
