So love sausages , especially locally produced ones! We always keep a supply in the freezer and occasionally enjoy a weekend fry up of sausage, hash browns and eggs. However I am so looking forward to upping our game with some of these wonderful looking recipes. Thanks so much.

There is nothing more special than Greek’s Lunenburg Sausage, produced in Bridgewater. I wish it was available province-wide! We enjoy it cooked with cabbage as in a boiled dinner. I was “brought up” on Lunenburg Sausage, and miss it terribly!
It’s delicious!
All your recipes look delicious; it make me hungry! Thank you!
